Cancellation policy

LifePlanner Premium — monthly or yearly subscription

Price: 15.90 CHF per month (monthly plan) or 149 CHF per year (yearly plan), final prices in Swiss francs (seller not VAT-registered).

Free trial: 3 days of Premium without a credit card, starting at your first sign-in to the LifePlanner app. Nothing is charged during or after the trial: to continue, you subscribe yourself.

Renewal: the subscription renews automatically on the anniversary date of the subscription, every month (monthly plan) or every year (yearly plan), and the amount is charged to the saved payment method. No minimum term beyond the chosen period.

Cancellation: at any time from your customer account (“Manage or cancel my subscription” link in the app settings, or the customer account). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid (month or year): you keep Premium access until then and no new charge is made.

Access: sign in to the app with the same e-mail address you used to subscribe. If a payment fails, Premium access is suspended until it is settled.

Withdrawal: 14 days after the first payment, with a full refund, for both plans (see the refund policy).
