How do I unlock Premium after paying?
Open the LifePlanner app and sign in with the same e-mail address you used to buy. You get a code by e-mail, no password, and Premium unlocks right away.
Monthly or yearly?
Monthly costs 15.90 CHF per month. Yearly costs 149 CHF per year, about 12.41 CHF per month: you save 41.80 CHF, roughly 2 months free. Both include exactly the same 16 tools.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes: 3 days of Premium for free, no card needed, by signing in in the app. Three tools stay free forever.
How do I cancel?
In one click from your customer account (the account icon at the top of the page). You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for (month or year), and nothing more is charged.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. LifePlanner does not send your budgets, goals or notes to a server, and there is no ad tracking in the app.
Which devices does it work on?
Phone, tablet and computer, in the browser. You can add it to your home screen like an app, no app store needed.
Is there VAT?
No. LifePlanner is not VAT-registered: the prices shown, 15.90 CHF per month or 149 CHF per year, are final prices.
