Product
LifePlanner is a suite of 16 organisation tools used in the LifePlanner app (lifeplnr-app.netlify.app), which runs in your browser on phone, tablet and computer. Three tools (Weekly Planner, 66-day Habit Tracker, Gratitude Journal) are free, with no account and no time limit. All 16 tools are available with the LifePlanner Premium subscription. Your planning data is stored on your device, not on our servers.
Prices
- 15.90 CHF per month — LifePlanner Premium, monthly plan (all 16 tools and all future tools).
- 149 CHF per year — LifePlanner Premium, yearly plan (same tools).
- 0 CHF — free version (3 tools).
Prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF). Jason Chevalley is not registered for VAT; no VAT is charged. Any price change is announced by e-mail at least 30 days in advance and only applies to the following periods; you may cancel before it takes effect.
Free trial
3 days free, no credit card. Every new customer can try Premium free for 3 days. The trial starts the first time you sign in to the LifePlanner app with your e-mail address (one-time code, no password; this creates your Shopify customer account) and ends automatically 3 days later. No payment method is requested and nothing is charged: when the trial ends, the Premium tools lock again and you keep the free version. To continue, you subscribe yourself. One trial per person and per e-mail address. Addresses with a “+” alias and disposable (temporary) e-mail addresses are not eligible for the trial, but can subscribe normally.
Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when you complete the Shopify checkout for LifePlanner Premium. Before paying, you can review and correct your details on the checkout page; you then receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Use the same e-mail address as for your app sign-in, so that Premium unlocks in the app. Contract languages: English and French.
Subscription, renewal & cancellation
The Premium subscription is monthly or yearly, as you choose, with no minimum term beyond the chosen period. It renews automatically on the anniversary of the subscription date, every month or every year depending on the plan, and the amount is charged to the saved payment method. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify customer account (link “Manage or cancel my subscription” in the app settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep Premium access until that date and no further charge is made. If a payment fails, Premium access is suspended until the payment is settled. Your data stays on your device in every case.
Payment & access
Payment is processed securely through Shopify (Shopify International Ltd.) with the payment methods offered at checkout. Premium access is granted immediately after payment: sign in to the app with the e-mail address used to subscribe.
Right of withdrawal (all customers)
You may withdraw from your Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded (the day of your first payment), without giving any reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by e-mail to contact@lifeplnr.com, by post to Jason Chevalley, LifePlanner, Chemin de Marjovet C8, 1040 Échallens, Switzerland, or through our online withdrawal form. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. Sending your notice before the 14 days end is enough to meet the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal. We refund your first payment in full, without deduction and at no cost to you, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, to the means of payment you used (via Shopify). Your subscription is cancelled at the same time and Premium access ends. Using Premium during the 14 days does not reduce your refund, and you are not asked to waive this right at checkout. Later payments are not covered by the right of withdrawal and are not refunded; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
For customers in Switzerland this is a voluntary right we grant (Swiss law has no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases). For consumers in the EU it implements, and goes beyond, the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.

Former one-time offers
Licence keys bought under former one-time offers (Gumroad or Shopify) remain valid under the terms that applied at the time of purchase. These offers are no longer sold.
Warranty
The statutory warranty applies in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO, RS 220) and, for consumers in the EU, the mandatory rules of their country of residence. If a tool is defective or does not match its description, contact contact@lifeplnr.com and we will provide a fix or, failing that, a proportionate refund.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and for personal injury. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. Your planning data is stored only on your device: we cannot restore it if you clear your browser data, uninstall the app or change device, so please keep a backup. Mandatory statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence or of the seller's domicile (Échallens, canton of Vaud); the seller may sue a consumer only at the consumer's place of residence. For business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Échallens (VD), Switzerland.
